How to Make Sarva Pindi
SARVAPINDI is Telangana's famous snack, also very tasty and healthy. If you try this you will definitely love this snack, children also like this snack. I have explained the step by step making process. It's a very simple snack that you can make with very simple regular ingredients which are available at home.
Let's Start
Ingredients:
Rice Flour
Roasted Peanuts,
Chana dal,
Onions
Garlic
6-8 Green chillis
5-6 Red Chillis
Sesame seeds,
Cumin seeds

1) Before preparing to make half onion paste, Ginger paste, and 6-8 green chillis and make it paste.
Take a bowl and put it on the stove add rice flour, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, roasted peanuts and soaked chana dal
add onion paste, green chili paste add chopped onions, chopped green
chilies, add ginger garlic paste.
Add a half spoonful of coriander powder, curry leaves & coriander leaves as per your taste.
Add salt as per your taste before you add water mix it well. Add
cool water or normal water as you wish I usually add cool water.
mix it well by adding water till it gets into the dough.
2) Take the sarva pindi pan it is available in any cooking utensils shop. Add 2-3 tbsp of oil and spread the pan take a sarva pindi dough. Apply it to the pan and spread it gently around the pan then make holes in it.
3) Now Put the pan on the stove for 3-5 min on low flame and cover with lid keep the stove in
sim mode add the oil into the holes and put the lid for 5min.
Take a bowl and keep on the next stove
and boil the oil 150 grams heat it for 5min to 10 min remove the lid on the pan
of the sarva pindi & take the boiled oil and pour the oil on the sarva pindi
boil the sarva pindi in oil for 5-10 min.
bend the pan in all directions for better oil flow and pour the oil into another bowl and dish out the sarva pindi on another plate garnish with onion for more enhance the taste of the serving.
