How to Make Boiled Egg Curry

When you not having time to make big curries and you are in a hurry and you don't want to go for outside food then this recipe is for you this egg curry is a very very time-saving easy tasty recipe here i have explained a step-by-step guide so you can make it very easy with available ingredients as shown. 

Ingredients:

Eggs (as required)

Tamarind (as required)

Water 

Mustard cumin 

 Onions 

Fresh fenugreek

Fenugreek powder

Cumin powder 

Ginger garlic paste 

Turmeric powder

Garam masala

Salt 

 Chilli powder

Green chillies.

 Dry coriander powder



Boil the Eggs remove the egg shells and make a scratch on them like the line on them put said for further processing. Soak the tamarind in water for 10 - 15 min put aside, 

Take fenugreek leaves and chop and slice the 5 green chillies. Put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. 

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and fry it. 

Add all chopped onions and chillies, chopped fresh fenugreek leaves mix it well.add a pinch of fenugreek powder & cumin powder and mix well after it turns in golden brown  add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and mix it well

Squeeze the already soaked tamarind add the soaked tamarind water as per your taste and add a glass of water and mix it well and cook for 10-15min add a pinch of Dry coriander powder and add a pinch of garam masala and add chopped coriander leaves.

 Add 1 spoon of turmeric powder and add 1 tbsp coriander powder. Add some water in pan mix it well and add chilli powder as per your taste, add salt as required and mix them well.


Dish out the curry and serve it with rice.
